  • Collections Agent

    Position Overview:  Collections Agents work with customers that are past due on rent payments of their lease agreement, which was used to purchase furniture, mattresses and or appliances.  Collection Agents perform live collection calls, arrange and negotiate past due customer payment plans, process customer payments and close paid leases.  Additionally, Collection Agents provide customer support as necessary during various stages of the collections process.

     

    Functions:

    • Collection Calls
    • Negotiate Past Due Customer Payment Plans
    • Customer Support
    • ACH and CC Payment Processing

     

    Tasks:

    • Perform routine collection calls for past due customers
    • Skip Trace unresponsive customers
    • Negotiate payment plans for past due customers
    • Process past due customer payments
    • Review terms of lease with past due customers
    • Provide customer support by phone and email as needed
    • Communicate with customer’s bank in order to resolve ACH payment issues

     

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Understanding ACH and CC payment processing
    • Experience in the consumer collection industry
    • Understanding of federal collection laws and regulations
    • Ability to perform verbal and or written bank account verifications
    • Experience with skip tracing
    • Ability to perform in an efficient and friendly manner in fast-paced environment

     

    Schedule & Hours: This position requires the Collections Agent to be available Monday through Friday from 9am -5pm. The occasional Saturday shift will be required.

  • Customer Service Rep

    Position Overview:  Customer Service Representatives assist customers with questions regarding their lease agreement, which was used to purchase furniture, mattresses or appliances.  Customer Service Representatives perform data entry of lease agreements, manage customer payment scheduling, process customer payments and close paid leases.  In cases of non-payment, Customer Service Representatives coordinate the repossession (pickup or return) of merchandise for consignment sale.  Finally, Customer Service Representatives provide support as necessary to both the customer and retailer in various stages during the lease servicing process.

     

    Functions:

    • Data Entry
    • ACH and CC Payment Processing
    • Manage Lease Payment Schedules
    • Customer Support
    • Coordinate Merchandise Repossessions
    • Coordinate Merchandise Consignments

     

    Tasks:

    • Perform the data entry of new lease agreements
    • Process scheduled customer payments and handle special payment requests
    • Review terms of lease with customers through welcome calls
    • Provide customer support by phone and email as needed
    • Communicate with customer’s bank in order to resolve ACH payment issues
    • Manage merchandise repossessions, pickups and in store returns
    • Coordinate consignment sale of repossessed merchandise with retailers

     

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Understanding ACH and CC payment processing
    • Ability to provide professional and friendly customer service
    • Experience in typing, general computer skills and data entry
    • Ability to perform verbal and written bank account verification
    • Experience with loan management software

    Schedule & Hours: This position requires the Customer Service Representative to be available Monday through Friday from 9am -5pm. The occasional Saturday shift will be required.

  • Inside Account Rep

    Position Overview:  Inside Account Representatives provide over the phone program support for retailers throughout the United States.  During support calls, Inside Account Representatives train retailers on our No Credit Needed finance option for customers.  The primary responsibility of Inside Account Representatives is to train, support and follow-up with retailers; and to increase the volume of leases produced by each of the Inside Account Representative’s assigned retailers.

     

    Functions:

    • CRM Management
    • Pipeline Management
    • Software and Program Training
    • Account Follow Up and Support

     

    Tasks:

    • Perform onboarding and training of retailers
    • Manage retailer pipeline and provide ongoing training and support
    • Perform continuous follow up calls to increase program adoption by retailers
    • Provide support to inside sales representatives throughout the sales cycle
    • Manage the distribution of point of sale program materials

     

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Experience in phone sales or direct sales
    • Ability to manage customer pipeline and CRM
    • Experience in managing new accounts and providing support for the same
    • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Ability to perform in an efficient and friendly manner in fast-paced environment

     

    Schedule & Hours: This position required the Account Representative to be available Monday through Friday from 9am -5pm. The occasional Saturday shift may be required.

  • Inside Sales Rep

    Position Overview:  Inside Sales Representatives perform cold calls by phone to retailers throughout the United States.  During these sales calls you will inform retailers about our No Credit Needed rent to own option that we are able to provide for their customers.  Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a pipeline of retailers through the various stages of the sales cycle, such as work with retailers through the enrollment process and follow up with retailers through post-enrollment.

     

    Functions:

    • Cold Call Phone Sales
    • CRM Management
    • Pipeline Management
    • Retailer Follow Up and Support

     

    Tasks:

    • Perform outbound cold calls to retailers
    • Manage sales pipeline and perform follow up
    • Manage and maintain CRM
    • Obtain retailer enrollment documents in preparation for onboarding
    • Perform follow up and provide support for recently enrolled retailers

     

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Experience in outbound phone sales
    • Ability to manage sales pipeline and CRM
    • Experience in working with an automated dialer
    • Proven sales cold call sales experience
    • Ability to perform in an efficient and friendly manner in fast-paced environment

     

    Schedule & Hours: This position requires the Inside Sales Representative to be available Monday through Friday from 9am -5pm. The occasional Saturday shift may be required.

  • Lease Auditor

    Position Overview: Lease Auditors audit the underwriting of customer lease applications submitted by our furniture, mattress and appliance retailers.  Lease applications are processed using Simple’s online lease origination and automated underwriting portal.  Lease Auditors provide in-depth review and analysis of underwriting documentation prior to advancing the file to funding.  Additionally, Lease Auditors provide support as necessary to the Lease Processors throughout the various stages of the underwriting and or audit process.

     

    Functions:

    • Underwriting
    • Audit
    • Lease Origination Software Management
    • Retailer Support
    • Customer Application and Documentation Support

     

    Tasks:

    • Review lease documentation performed during the underwriting process for accuracy prior to advancing a lease to the funding department
    • Review the income calculation, employment verification and bank account verification obtained during the underwriting process for accuracy prior to advancing a lease to the funding department
    • Perform verification of merchandise delivery
    • Vetting of new retailers during the onboarding process
    • Provide support by email and phone for retailers and or applicants using the online underwriting porta.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Knowledge of credit underwriting process
    • Experience with analysis of loan documentation
    • Understanding of income calculation through bank statement review
    • Ability to perform verbal and written bank account verification
    • Ability to perform verbal employment verification
    • Ability to perform in an efficient and friendly manner in fast-paced environment

     

    Schedule & Hours: This position requires the Lease Auditor to be available Monday through Friday from 9am -6pm. The occasional Saturday shift will be required.

  • Lease Processor

    Position Overview: Lease Processors manage the underwriting of customer lease applications submitted by furniture, mattress and appliance stores.  Lease applications are processed using Simple’s online lease origination and automated underwriting portal.  Lease Processors perform in-depth review and analysis of lease applications submitted to the underwriting portal prior to issuing a credit decision.  Additionally, Lease Processors provide support as necessary to both the customer and retailer during the various stages of the underwriting process.

     

    Functions:

    • Underwriting
    • Audit
    • Lease Origination Software Management
    • Retailer Support
    • Customer Application and Documentation Support

     

    Tasks:

    • Review lease applications and issue credit decisions according to company’s underwriting guidelines.
    • Calculate and verify applicant’s income through bank statements and or paystub analysis.
    • Verify applicant’s employment through written and or verbal communication with applicant’s employer.
    • Perform analysis of various documents provided by applicant in order to verify identity.
    • Provide support by email and phone for retailers and or applicants using the online underwriting portal.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Knowledge of credit underwriting process

    Schedule & Hours: This position requires that the Lease Processor be available during retail hours. Shifts may start as early as 8:00am and end as late as 9:00pm Monday through Saturday.
